DONATIONS 

Nearly 740 Kentuckians are currently on waiting lists for life-saving organ transplants and many others require donated tissues (like corneas, skin and heart valves) for serious medical procedures.

Please help us promote the gift of life by donating to the KY Circuit Court Clerks Trust For Life.   (Fed ID# 61-1228487)

Contributions to the General Fund - are used to fulfill our mission to educate all Kentuckians about the need for organ and tissue donation and to encourage them to talk to their families about their wishes.

Contributions to the Satterwhite Recipient Assistance Fund - are used to assist transplant patients and their families, with limited financial aid, to cover unexpected, incidental costs associated with their condition.

To make a donation, please follow the simple process below:

• Please make checks payable to Trust For Life
• Indicate on the memo line of the check to which fund you are contributing (i.e., General Fund, Satterwhite Fund, or Either).
• Mail contribution to:   Trust For Life

Upon receipt of the donation, a thank you acknowledgement will be sent to the donor.

MEMORIAL DONATIONS:

A memorial is a personal remembrance that honors the life of a relative or friend.  A donation to the Trust For Life's Satterwhite Recipient Assistance Fund provides a way to remember and pay tribute to that loved one, while reaching out to others in need.

If you have lost a loved one and would like to make a contribution in their memory, please follow the simple process below:

• Please make checks payable to Trust For Life
• Indicate on the memo line of the check:  "Satterwhite Fund" 
• Include with the check:
       - Name of the individual in whose memory the donation is being made;
       - The name and address of where you would like the acknowledgement
          to be sent (i.e., name & address of deceased's family member);
       - Donor's information (name, address, phone number).

Upon receipt of the memorial donation, a thank you acknowledgement will be sent to the donor.  In addition, an acknowledgement will also be sent to the designated party, so that they know that a donation has been made in their loved one's name and from whom it was given.
